Donor Requested Refunds

CrowdChange cannot issue refunds for donations made on your CrowdChange site. It is only your Campus or National Organization who can do so.

We recommend reaching out directly to the host of the fundraiser to begin the process of getting a refund.

Please see the steps below on how to do so:

1. Go to the fundraising page you are inquiring about.

2. Under the "Have questions?" section, click "Contact Us".

3. Select "I have a question for the host of this event" from the drop-down menu.

4. Put in your question and it will be sent directly to the host who will be able to assist you.
