PayPal Banking Overview

Please Note: This feature is only enabled on certain CrowdChange sites, according to the requirements of your National Organization.

  1. To connect a PayPal account to your fundraiser, first go to your Banking Settings page and click the PayPal Connect Now button:

  2. Next, Sign Up or Log In to your PayPal account.

  3. Select your business type from the dropdown menu and click Next:

  4. Enter information about your organization - Names, contact information and proof of identity for owners of this business. PayPal will confirm your information to help keep your account secure & this process will take about 5-10 minutes.

  5. Agree to the PayPal User Agreement.

Required information for Individuals

  • Business contact (First & Last name)

  • Business details (Legal business name)

  • Business phone number

  • Business address

How do I withdraw money by check and how long will it take?

Here are the steps to request a check (timeframe is 5-10 business days):

  1. Go to Wallet.

  2. Click Transfer Money.

  3. Click Request a check by mail (fee applies).

  4. Enter the amount you want to transfer (the minimum is $1.51 USD).

  5. Click Next.

  6. Review your transfer details, then click Request (amount) Now.

  7. Click Done.
