Did not receive a confirmation email / receipt

You should receive an automatic email confirmation after making a donation and/or purchasing a ticket (with the PDF ticket attached).

If you have not, please try the following:

  1. Check your email spam folder to ensure the email wasn't accidentally filtered out.

  2. Log In to your Profile to ensure you entered the correct email address. See How to Access Your Profile

  3. In your Profile, go to the My Receipts tab for a log of all your transactions and tickets. If your transaction went through, it will be recorded here. You can Download Tickets and Get Receipts using the respective buttons next to each transaction.
